Where have I been?

Trade winds

I guess I should not even complain about the weather in Hawai’i. If you plan to come to Hawai’i, the best time is when the trade winds are here. Having air conditioning in your home/apartment is a luxury. No joke, it’s a luxury to have air conditioning. When I walk into a home with air conditioning, I’ll be your best friend during the summer. When we have the trade winds going, its Hawai’i season changing. Its the best time of the year! The nights are nice and cool, and cuddling with your spouse does not make you sweat.

SeneGence

I really enjoy being part of this team. I told myself I will stick with it for at least a year. It can be discouraging when no one is really interested in your games on Facebook. Just imagine successful people on YouTube, they all had to start somewhere. They probably started with 5 views and now they may have 50,000 views. Now, I started doing some Live videos on Faceook and trying on the products. Its totally a step out of my comfort zone. I don’t even like watching the replay of my videos. From being a independent distributor, I need to just have fun with it and not try so hard to sell the product. I never want to be the friend to just text you to ask you to buy a product because I’m pretty sure people who just avoid my calls or text messages if I did that to them.

Dupixent

I have been on Dupixent for about 2 months now! I can’t tell you enough how much this medicine has helped me in so many ways. I don’t feel so hesitant with eating dairy or even trying different types of lotions. Having eczema can get pretty expensive, I would try all these different lotions and even shampoos. Now, I just use one lotion and Head and Shoulders 2 in 1 and I’m perfectly fine. My scalp is not so itchy anymore. One thing I have notice though, is how quick I’m losing hair. I have thin hair, so now I have even fewer hair strands. I’ve been part of a Dupixent FB group and a lot of them are losing their hair from TSW (Topical Steroid Withdrawl). I didn’t use Topical Steroid much before Dupixent, except when I had a flare up.

Seriously, I lost a lot of strands of my hair. I still have eye brows, which a good thing. In all honesty, I feel like I’m losing my hair because my body is going through a big change. Eczema has been such a big part of my life. I had Eczema since I was 8. Now on Dupixent, I have smooth skin and this smooth skin is such a foreign feeling. Its the best foreign feeling ever!

Interviews

Okay, so has anyone been in an group interview? Well this past Monday was my first time ever having a group interview. I had 6 people from different departments who all had their own questions to ask me. I felt like people were throwing baseballs at me from all different directions, I felt like I caught some really well compared to others.

Do you have tips for group interviews?

I think I did pretty well, but I know there were a lot of people going for this position. I don’t want to get my hopes up, but I’ll leave it up to the Lord to take care of the rest. Since graduating from College, I’m continuously trying to find which career path to take. I know I want to be around people, and helping those people around me. I’ve been through a lot of job interviews, and I feel like I’m still learning. Whether or not I get the job, I know there are most opportunities out there. But can you all pray for me?

What are some careers you are in, and you most definitely love?

I’ll try to be more consistent with my blogging.  One of the questions during my interview was “do you know how to use WordPress?” When they first asked that question, I really didn’t know until my brain had to do a google search.

So anyways, Happy Halloween everyone! I’ll try to post more pictures. This past weekend, I had an allergic reaction on my face. I tried a night time moisturizer and when I woke up, I looked like I had a sunburn on my face. It was horrible and it hurt so much. I’m glad its healing now, so I’ll try to take more pictures.

Love you all!

Aloha!
